The Tito Puente Tribute Timbale shells are made of phosphor bronze that's much thicker than previous models. Bronze, like as used for cymbals, is prized for the bite and also the warmth. Rimshots are more resonant sounding and louder. The drums can provide a greater playing dynamic when played with fingers or sticks. Tito Puente Bronze Timbales are set up and played as standalone on stage or in combination with any of the other regular Tito Puente timbale drums. They also be added to any standard trap drumset. Each pair of drums comes with a heavy-duty, fully adjustable tilting stand, cowbell bracket, pair of sticks and tuning wrench.
