Ready for Spring release, the five new Guyatone Micro Effects expand on the popular line. All of these pedals are housed in super small steel boxes that run on either nine volt batteries or an external AC adapter. All models are made in Japan and have a LED on/off indicator, electronic silent switching and a three-year warranty. The SV-2 Slow Volume, at $120, is a voltage-controlled volume pedal that provides pre-programmed volume swells for bowing and tape-reverse effects. The OD-2 Overdrive, selling for $90, uses a vintage circuit for a warm and smooth overdrive similar to tube amps. Then there is the FL-3 Micro Flanger at $120. This analog flanger does chorusing and tunnel-like sweeps. The ST-2 Compressor/Sustainer sells for $100 and gives you a "over-the-top" squash with a dry/effect blend control. Finally, the VT-3 Vintage Tremolo at $100 is a Micro Tremolo with Rate and Depth controls to go from super slow waves to blurred vision.
