The Space Cadet from Musicvox is a twelve string bass guitar with a maple neck-through-the-mahogany body construction. The rosewood fingerboard has block pearl inlays and the neck has two truss rods to counteract the increase string tension from twelve strings. There is a cast bridge and tailpiece combination for exact intonation and locking tuners at the headstock. The active/passive electronics have stereo outputs for tonal variations between mellow piano-like resonance to full-on huge sounds perfect for power trios. Color choices are either white with black hardware or three-tone sunburst.
