Shure's new QLX-D™ Digital Wireless System uses reliable, 24-bit digital audio quality and the same technology as their high-end digital wireless systems but with prices starting at $999 MSRP for the handheld system.
Finding available channels/frequencies is a quick process using the system's auto channel scan and IR sync. AES-256 encryption comes standard and can be enabled for secure wireless transmission for corporate/government installs.
This cost-effective system is compatible with Shure's intelligent lithium-ion rechargeable power option for ten hours continuous operation. The QLX-D also works with Shure Wireless Workbench® 6 control software, third-party control systems (AMX/Crestron), and iOS devices for control and monitoring with the newly introduced ShurePlus™ Channels mobile app.
In a pinch, the QLX-D transmitters also run on standard AA batteries for up to nine hours.
