There are three new seven-string guitars in the Deep 6 line from WD Products. All three of these semi-hollow body guitars are handmade in the company's Custom Guitar Shop and feature a single Kent Armstrong custom Jazz pickup, WD bridge and custom tuners in black or gold. The semi-hollow bodies have tone chambers said to provide rock guitarists with a heavier tone when playing lighter... helping to maintain better intonation.

The Monterey™ model has a fancy book matched flame maple top on selected mahogany finished in a high gloss, hand rubbed nitrocellulose lacquer. Both the Newport™ and the Montreux™ model have book matched Oregon cedar tops over mahogany with the same finish choices. You also get a mahogany neck with ebony fretboard, 22 medium jumbo frets. Options for these two guitars include: a bridge pickup with electronics for an acoustic sound and a choice of "F" hole or a "Cat's Eye" body port.
