eleVAta is an analog modelling synthesizer that uses a newly designed DSP engine. With 16 voices and eight-part multitimbrality, eleVAta has six outputs, two external inputs and mounts either in your studio's 19-inch rack or rests on your desktop. There are: a fully assignable joystick, both chorus and flanger effects, extensive modulation facilities and Sound Wizard for generating random parameter set-ups for any of the synth's sections. Another interesting feature common to all Red Sound products are the expansion ports for future upgrades. eleVAta has provision for up to three of these upgrades for converting the unit from say a drum machine to a vocoder or a synth all at a touch of button.
