The first ESP instruments to be outfitted with the new EMG high impedance pickups are the LTD 300 Series guitars. Both ESP and EMG have endorsement agreements with Metallica's Kirk Hammett and James Hatfield and also with Slayer's Jeff Hanneman. A unique tie-in for ESP and EMG, the seven new LTD guitars have 24 frets on a neck-through-the-body design. I don't have too much more on these instruments except that they will be offered in a variety of colors and body shapes.
