The LP Aspire line of congas are for the beginner player. You can buy these in sets of two or one at a time as you become more committed to playing congas (or just committed). These drums are also available in either wood or fiberglass for your choice in tonality.

I like the wood's sound but they are heavier to carry to the park. The wood congas are made from Siam oak and available in three colors: natural, dark and red while the fiberglass drums come in red and black. Each drum comes with comfortable LP EZ-Curve® Rims and tucked heads of soft natural rawhide. The black patented LP Heart® Side Plates with 9/32 inch tuning lugs make tuning pretty easy with the included tuning wrench.

You can buy these drums in sets of two with ten inch and eleven heads and with either a chrome double stand that holds two drums or two black basket stands that hold each drum separately (my choice since you can loan one drum at a time to another person if you want).
