Redwood Music Corporation has a new range of STK powered mixers. Model VM8FX is the first unit offered and features 8 XLR/1/4-inch input channels each with -10dB pad, a two-band EQ and two aux sends. You can use the one aux send for a stage monitoring mix and the other normally feeds the internal digital effects processor. The master section has level controls for Main and Monitor signals, a seven-band graphic equalizer, and controls for the digital effects processor. Global 48-volt phantom power is switchable.
The VM8FX delivers 300-watts of audio into four ohms and the power section is fan-cooled making the unit useable in all environments. The case is wood and is covered with a special, extremely durable seamless coating. Lightweight and compact, the VM8FX weighs only 24 pounds and measures 16"W X 9"H X 10"D.
